Project Description:	Need a website with a main page with menu that offers the following: 1. Sign up - allow user to create userid/pwd to read and comment on the articles I post online(like a blog). When signing up, he will be directed to a sign up page and asked to provide email address where an email will be sent to him to activate his account. Blog allows attachment. 2. Forum (using php)- user can click to go to a forum page where with his username/pwd he can read the forum content and post questions, respond, etc. Forum also to allow attachment I need the forum pages and blog pages at the side and top to allow advertising banner or text to be displayed. I need the user list of users who have signed up to allow mass mailing to them by the admin when required. Let me know if the software for these will be free (as there are a number of free codes out there e.g. phpbb, blogging templates, etc ) Thanks
