Questions I need answered before I pick 1) are you using dreamweaver like I said? I have used Dreamweaver since it was 1.0. It is my software of choice. 2) How much support will I get for things I dont know. For the asking price you will get as much support as you need. I do charge a minimal fee per hour for consultation. 3) If I want continued support what will fee be to maintain site for me? add pages when necessary etc.. $35.00 per hour 3) If I want after the 2 years with lunar hosting I already paid for.. can we move it to another hosting company ? Yes, it will be easy to move. We will just need to transfer the database and web files. 4) Is a lawyer ever suggested for copyright protection? Yes. However when the project is done I will mail you a contract that states I have tranfered all design and code copyright’s over to you. 5) I need a site that users can register and pay for service, similar to freelance log in. secondly Something that users may upload their documents to my website. so that people may at a later date view these. and print if necessary. less focus will be on photos, but maybe needed.. so word doc's,pdfs. xmls a must. However, I do know exactly what you are looking for and the price is actually cheaper than what I usually ask for. 10) How long will it take you? 2 weeks. 11) I hope the pay thru freelance will be acceptable should I choose to go with you? All docs and images will be held in their own folders. 14) What is best way to do what I am looking for? user pays of front I am thinking.. kinda like this freelance site. or I could do shopping cart.. but the earlier seems easier. A shopping cart would be the best solution. 15) Do I need to get a DBA to run this as a business? (sorry like i said.. new to this web business) thanks for taking you time to answer my questions An LLC is the best way to go. It protects your personal assets if something goes wrong.
