- Sending remainders to customers
THIS IS A COOL FUNCTIONALITY. WHAT WE CAN DO HERE IS THAT WE CAN SET UP A CRON JOB IN THE ADMIN AREA OF THE SITE SO THAT THE ADMIN CAN SET UP THE DATES FOR THE REMINDERS. ALSO AS SOON AS THE SPECIFIC DATES COME THE CUSTOMERS WILL BE SEND A AUTOMATIC EMAIL AND THEY WILL BE REMINDED. IF YOU HAVE A SMS SERVER THEN WE CAN SET UP A REMINDER SMS TO THAT CUSTOMER IN THEIR MOBILE PHONE AS WELL :)
- There will be a secure login where we can customize the email message, time to send remainder
THERE WILL BE A SECURED LOGIN AREA FOR THE CUSTOMERS. ALONG WITH THAT WE CAN PROVIDE A CUSTOM ADMIN AREA AS DISCUSSED ABOVE WHERE THE ADMIN CAN SET UP THE DATES IN THE CRON JOB SECTION SO THAT THE CUSTOMERS CAN BE SEND A REMINDER EMAIL. ALL THINGS WILL BE CONTROLLED VIA THE ADMIN AREA SO THIS WILL BE A SECURED SECTION. DO YOU WANT A SUB-ADMIN AS WELL?
- New customer data will be added daily or weekly, so import data from text file will be one of the requirements
AS NEW CUSTOMERS WILL BE ADDED, SO THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM. WE WILL CREATE A USER MANAGEMENT SECTION WHERE THE ADMIN WILL HAVE ALL THE OPTIONS WITH THE NEWLY REGISTERED USERS. THE ADMIN WILL BE ABLE TO ADD / EDIT / DELETE MEMBERS ALSO. WE GENERALLY MAKE A SECTION IN THE ADMIN NAMED DATABASE REPORTS. HERE WE GIVE THE ADMIN TO HAVE A BACKUP OF ALL THE USER, AND OTHER TABLES IN THE DATABASE IN EXCEL, CSV FORMATS. REGARDING IMPORT DATA FROM A TEXT FILE WILL HAVE THE SAME OPTION THE ADMIN WILL BE ABLE TO UPLOAD THE TEXT FILE AND ALL THE VALUES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE ADDED TO THE DATABASE FIELDS :) SO NO PROBELM WITH THIS FUNCTIONALITY.
