Hi, After going through your project description, we are highly interested to develop the application as per your requirement what you have mentioned. The initial is a reference to the business logic and we need the detailed technical specification where the client will specify, what to do, where will be functionality reside and dependency to/on with the system. The workflow as per business logic document to get a clear view of the application. Look, without going through your full specification, like (what to do, what will be the visible implementation, and what will be the logical implementation), it is difficult to give you the exact time frame and actual cost of the project. Please provide us your detail scope of work with total functionality and the development environment, (Language and Database) in a document format. Based on such, we would send you a detailed analysis, time estimation, cost and module list. The BID place is just a place bid. Our pricing will be provided on full requirement analysis of your work. Our rates are US$8 per hour and US$800 per man month. We work on off site model, where the work is outsourced to us via e-mail and messengers (Yahoo, Google Talk, MSN, Skype) we communicate with the Client Team and finalize the Business logic specifications, the development and initial testing is done and then deployed to clients server or Dreamz-i's Development Server. Also periodic telephone calls are made if required. Cost for Hiring Developers: PHP/Mysql, .NET (ASP, C#, VB) ad JAVA (J2EE) - $800 per man month Designers - Photoshop/Flash, Web Page Scripting - $600 per man month. 1 man month is 120 working hours (6 hrs per day for a 20 working day month) Taking a note of the Best Practices we conclude that for a 8 hour day schedule it is assumed that a programmer gets typically 5 hrs for dedicated development of the applications and the rest of the time is for R&D, discussion (project team, meetings, clients) and his own testing time.
