I am very interested with this project. I have been employed by some call centers here in the Philippines for the past 5 years, I have a great deal of experience when it comes to appointment settings, telemarketing and the likes. The most recent job I had is with a call center whose client offers CRM software as well as Accounting software and we are calling business owners, managers, decision makers in order to set an appointment for the specialist to either show up on their office doorstep or have a phone conference with them in order for them to try out the product and purchase the software right after.
Now, call quality won't be an issue for me since as mentioned above I was with some calls centers already and I always made sure that all calls I have and had made are of strict QA compliance.
I would prefer to work Mondays to Fridays only but if required I can work on weekends as well.
I can work on a per confirmed appointment basis or on an hourly basis but i prefer the per hour basis and for that you may need to set some quota for the week.
And for the leads it would be better if you will provide me with your list.
