Project Description:	As an NPO we need some programming as: - Designing/coding admin section pages - Admin secure login section - Creating stored procedure to automate the task. - Taking input from user to when make the site down or up. - Calculate pattern of user input for one year and site will be automated for that whole year. So in one year we will need to login just once. Plus we need some site design updates -- possible logo, shopping cart, polling, date, time, weather, news etc. Need a complete and versatile package, suggestions and may be willing to pay more. In other words, though we have limits we must work within, a complete user friendly solution is more important than the cost.
