Project Description:	The current website is all basic .php pages with a Flash homepage (this page will have no changes). Here are the following changes and addins: Modifications: • At the bottom of 10 .php pages, there will be bar that will have url link for Feedback, privacy policy, site index, and copyright wording information. • On 2 Page: o Add verbiage (text) to the webpage. o I have all the information to add. o Add email links when users clink on email link, their email client opens and the subject line is automatically populated with what I want. o Add a Google Map link for our location • Add url links to all pages (add wording and links). 10 pages. o Total of 15 url links The following Addin can be accomplished anyway the developer feels will meet the following criteria’s: Login Page: This page needs to have a login interface where users can log in and edit content in the following pages: 1. News/Event page (description on page XX) 2. Portfolio page (description on page XX) Three different kinds of logins: 1. Administrators – can change everything 2. Editor – Can change text on certain pages 3. Client – Takes user to blank page with a hyperlink pointing to the internal CRM program Initially there will be one administrator who can create other admins, editors, and client account logins. Administrator Permission: • Ability to change items in the Portfolio and News/Events page, and create users. Editor Permission: • Ability to change text in textboxes ONLY in the News/Events, and Portfolio pages Portfolio Page: Purpose: This page should showcase to our potential clients pictorial and verbal representation on the jobs we have done in the past and praises from our clients (in the form of testimonials). Feature: I would like a pool of pictures and a pool of testimonials (both which can be added when the administrator and the editor users login). The three pictures at the top will randomly change every time the page is refreshed. Same thing for the testimonials, and they should gradually appear. Look at figure 3. When the admins/editors login, they can go to the Portfolio page and they will see a browse button that will allow them to add, edit, delete pictures from the pool. Same thing for the testimonials, a text box will appear which will allow them to add, edit, delete testimonials. News and Events Page: Purpose: Allow clients to view how SolutionStart is making news (internally or via press), and what events SolutionStart had, are having, and will have in the future. Features: On the left column bulleted information will be displayed which are capable of being clicked on, and further information will be displayed on the right column. o For example, on the left column I could write “SolutionStart goes to Dental Conference in Charleston, SC”. o When user clicks on any of the links in the right column, it will display more information about the summary phrase on the right column in the left column. This will be more detailed and may take up the entire left column. o Only administrators and editors can change information in this page when they login through the Login Page. When they come to this News/Event page, they will somehow (you can decide the app or way to do this) be able to enter information for the right column (with a max. number of words, will be given later), and then also more information related to that material for the right column. • When they are done editing the information, they can click on “save” and it will add it to the list. The most recent entry will always be the first on listed in the right column. • The date the editor/admin adds any news/event, will automatically appear on the right side.
