Project Description:	The Project We are running an multilingual e-commerce website, using a heavily customized version of oscommerce platform. Our website has been running for almost 2 years now, we have quite stable average of 5k visitors and 50 orders per day. This year will be spending a big effort in advertising, and we expect to at least double these numbers. We are looking for: a team with 1-2 webmasters/developers who can take care on regular basis of all the modifications of our site for the long run (potentially for the coming years). These will include: • Updates • Optimization • Bug fixing • Seo implementation • development of new features • creation of widgets for partner sites • etc.. Technology knowledge requirements: • PHP + MYSQL on Apache server • Experience managing medium-big dynamic website with user registration and shopping cart. Preferred OSCommerce experience. • The entire basic webdesigner skills package (Slicing design into html, css+xhtml, JS and AJAX…) • Flash AS skills would be considered a plus. Work load: The work load could vary depending the different projects we’ll be running each time. Anyway we’d require a minimum of at least 15 days/man each month. Our ideal partner should be able to scale the resources for us when needed. Work flow. We’ll be setting a mirror test site for development, with CVS/SVN environment set. For smaller changes (bugs/seo implementation/small tools), we’ll use a ticketing platform (something like bugtracker + time information) were we’ll input all the required tasks and we’ll use that to keep track of the progresses and time. For bigger development jobs, you’ll receive detailed specifications for each project and schedules will be defined differently each time. Pricing You’d be keeping track of the time needed for all the above described tasks, and charge us on days/man price every month or so.
