Project Description:	We are a German IT company specialised on .NET-development (www.raecke-schreiber.de). We are looking for long-term relationships with professional developers who are experts in one or more of the following areas: ASP.NET in C#, MS Sql Server, php, MySql Server, n-tier development, UML, XML, HTML/CSS. Good English skills are mandatory. What we require is a partner for team work on a day-to-day basis. We want to establish a personal relationship that makes it possible to call, get an immediate response and assign a programming or inquiry task that is executed within a couple of days (or even hours), depending on the nature of the request. Payment would be by hour or flat, whatever has been agreed upon. Workflow would be as follows (example): 1. we need a (tiny or big) c#-script (or a Google inquiry like „how do we do this and this?“), 2. we call you, and if you have time, 3. we agree on an amount in EUR or US$, 4. we agree on rights on code (should be usually with us), 5. we agree on a timespan until completion, 6. you create the script or document and mail it to us (or install it directly), 7. we test it and request changes (or not), 8. we pay asap. If this works and a trustful relationship can be established, the tasks will grow. Required are a fast Internet connection, a webcam and a Skype account (or SightSpeed or any other video-enabled VOIP-client) for visual communication on your side. The reason for this approach is that we do not always have complete business specifications at hand before development starts. Development cycles are short and include prototyping, quality control and - sometimes - daily deployment. If you can imagine working like this, let's get into contact. There will probably be a personal meeting (in India) because we'd like to know with whom we work, to compare skills (nobody should lose face, but we'd like to create a relationship where it is known who can do what and where it is possible to speak openly about the work and request changes in a friendly manner), to establish mutual trust and to get a better idea of what we are dealing with.
