Project Description:	I have a flash banner that just isn't working for me. So, I am looking for someone to do a revision (or total re-write) on a simple flash movie banner for a business homepage. It contains no interface elements (no navigation or click-able elements). You should have experience creating flash banners for business that reflect a good look and feel and compliment the web-site. The site is already designed, and I will send you a link to the existing site and banner to be replaced once we begin to talk. The project has to be done immediately.
