Project Description:	Delph programmer with at least 4 years experience, and ability to also create client-server applications, needed to build a desktop personal information management program. Detailed specifications will be provided, but your creativity and experience will be needed to determine the best coding procedures and to provide feedback on interface designs and other specs which we supply. Ability to read and write english emails is also required. Experience in building sophisticated databases would also be helpful. This is a long-term position which will continue for up to several years. Initially, you will work 20 hours per week, and this will probably be increased to full-time as we proceed. Please indicate how much per month you would charge for 20 hours per week or about 80 hours per month.
