Project Description:	China Wind Power Project is looking for a PHP webdevelopper with experience in interactive CMS-Website Development (references). Our Project wants to develop a Chinese/English PHP-MySQL website with webservices for the chinese windpower sector. This should be realized by means of a Content Management System - CMS Services will include: HOMEPAGE for services.cwpc.cn News Helpdesk Online Consulting Forum Picture Gallery Document Management with download/upload (maybe also a sort of Groupware) Windmap (link from address in database to Googlemap Sattelite Image) Online Training courses (used to recycle the training materials we already have prepared + for developemnt of new courses) From the functions we believe that this could be realized by a combination of MOODLE and eGroupware or similar scripts like DRUPAL, JOOMLA/MAMBO maybe XOOPS, XARAYA... MOODLE seems to be especially well suited but we are open to suggestions.
